HER STORY

Born in Italy 1990, Eugenia Conti’s love of Afro-Jamaican music fueled her support and work for local movements such as No al Carbone, the Popolo degli Ulivi, Ammazza che Piazza in environmental battles in her native region, Puglia, South Italy.

Afro-Jamaican music has the main objective of overcoming all forms of racism and promoting unity between populations through the universal language of music. This music inspired her fight against injustices globally, consummating in her becoming a lawyer. While studying law, Gege started contributing to the music industry by interviewing the major exponents of the International Jamaican Reggae Dancehall scene from which Gege Vibes Magazine was born.


Today, she is a qualified Attorney and CEO of www.gege-vibes.com, an international platform mainly dedicated to the promotion and celebration of Afro-Jamaican music creators. Gege Vibes Magazine features interviews with Damian Marley, Luciano the Messenjah, Sean Paul, Spice, Marcia Griffiths, Freddie McGregor, Konshens, Stonebwoy, and many more. 


Gege is also the owner of Gege Vibes Bookings; a company responsible for the bookings and management of reggae artists on tour in Europe. The company has been working with I-Octane and Masicka among others negotiating with European promoters. Services include enforcing entertaintment law contracts a the Artist’s representative, and delivering successful live shws in the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, France, and Israel.
